When we manage investors’ properties on their behalf we
  • ensure that their properties are rented out beneficially
  • manage the relations with the tenants (collections of the rents, preparation of leases etc.)
  • act as the owner’s representative ( inquiries, complaints, adherence to the lease etc.)
  • supervise the investor’s properties
  • carry out periodic inspections on site
  • arrange repairs and renovations according to the owner’s instructions
  • communicate with staff at the villa and support them
  • ensure that the gardens and pools are looked after
  • deal with all the issues concerning the syndic and local authorities (taxes, charges, etc.)
Like this, the investor can, on the one hand, rest assured when he is absent, and on the other he can fully enjoy his property during his stay on the Mediterranean coast.
